HOW TO PARTICIPATE
We invite you to register and submit your abstract by 30th June 2020 to enable us to provide you with the best service we can. The willingness to submit an oral presentation or a poster must be indicated in the registration form.
Acceptance of oral presentations and posters will be announced by 30th July 2020.

All participants must submit the Registration form to eow2020@gmv.hr. Below you find information about dates, fees and categories.
Registration and fee payment will also be available at the front desk during the Congress by cash (HRK /Croatian kuna) or credit card.
PARTICIPATION FEES
IUCN-OSG encourages the participation of young scientists and conservationists, in particular IUCN OSG members. Therefore there are options of reduced fee, for students and temporary workers (see table below):

The registration fee includes:
- participation to the meeting;
- abstract volume (in digital form);
- welcome bag;
- coffee breaks;
- tour thorough the permanent exhibition “World of Insects”, a unique Entomological Collection;
- visit to the Permanent Museum Exhibition in the Old Town castle;
- half day field trip;
- social dining in a restaurant surrounded by vineyards with a beautiful view on the city of Varaždin;
The registration fee does not include food, lodging or transport expenses.
